Call for Global Cooperation: Preparatory Announcement (No. 2)

?International Association for Identification Linguistics (IAIL)
?To advance the scholarly research and global dissemination of Identification Linguistics, I, as the Founder, hereby announce the formal preparations for the establishment of the International Association for Identification Linguistics (IAIL).
?I. Global Collaboration: We invite individuals, research institutions, and volunteers worldwide to participate in our preparatory phase. We are actively seeking resources for our permanent headquarters, research funding, and other operational requirements.
?II. Registration: Upon the completion of the preparatory phase, the IAIL will proceed with formal legal registration. The headquarters may be established in any sovereign nation that provides a favorable environment for linguistic research and international exchange.
?III. Inaugural Conference: Following the official registration, the Association will convene the "IAIL Inaugural General Assembly & First International Symposium on Identification Linguistics."
?IV. Academic Activities: The IAIL will hold an annual world-class symposium, define specialized research projects, and conduct various linguistic academic initiatives.
?V. Scholarly Publishing: The IAIL will establish a website and launch Identification Linguistics, a peer-reviewed electronic journal. It will be open for global submissions and accessible to the public, with a free email subscription service available to all.
?VI. Governance: The Charter of the Association shall be established and ratified in a separate document.
?VII. Headquarters Establishment Models:
?Strategic Partnership: Seeking partners for the construction of an International Five-Star Hotel in a capital city. Approximately 500–1,000 square meters of the facility will be dedicated to IAIL headquarters operations. Profits from the hotel business will be shared between the partner and the IAIL, with a suggested profit-sharing ratio of 30–40% for the Association. The intellectual prestige brought by IAIL’s global research gatherings will directly enhance the hotel's commercial value and international visibility.
?Philanthropic Support: The IAIL welcomes donations. Generous contributors will be granted the title of "Lifetime Honorary President."
?University Affiliation: We are open to hosting the IAIL within a prestigious university. Specific affiliation terms will be negotiated based on the university's capacity. Existing partnership and donation models remain valid alongside this academic affiliation.
?VIII. Founder’s Secretariat: As the Founder, I am currently conducting these preparatory activities while traveling ("Roaming Scholar"). I welcome all parties to join us in this endeavor.

标识语言学国际研究会筹备公告（2号）

为了推动标识语言学的深入研究和广泛传播，为了推动全球范围的标识语言的发展，我以标识语言学创始人身份筹备创建标识语言学国际研究会。
        一，欢迎全世界范围的个人和单位以志愿者义工身份参与我的筹备活动，筹集创建研究会的条件：研究会住所，资金。。。其他所需要的条件。
        二，研究会的条件筹备完成之后，办理登记注册。可以在任何国家登记注册，标识语言学国际研究会可以设立在任何国家。
        三，研究会登记注册完成之后，召开“标识语言学国际研究会成立大会暨第一届标识语言学国际研讨会”。
        四，研究会每年召开一次世界级的标识语言学的研讨会，每年制定一些标识语言学的研究项目，语言学的其他研究活动。
        五，标识语言学国际研究会设立网站，创办电子版的学术期刊“标识语言学”，面向全世界征稿和发行，全世界人可以通过网站浏览《标识语言学》电子期刊，免费邮箱订阅。
        六，研究会章程，另文规定。
        七，标识语言学国际研究会的住所的建立方式：
        1，合作方式：合作方出资与标识语言学国际研究会合作在一个国家的首都建立一个五星级国际大酒店，大酒店的一小部分房间（大约500到1000平方米）为标识语言学国际研究会使用，其余房间为大酒店营业使用，营业利润合作方与标识语言学国际研究会分成，分成比例协商确定，建议研究会为三成或四成。研究会在世界上的知名度逐渐提高，研究会每年召开国际研讨会，来自世界的学者教授专家，平时的研究活动也有来自世界各地的学者，有利于大酒店的知名度的提高，有利于大酒店的利润的提高。《合作议定书》协商确定。
        2，标识语言学国际研究会的住所建立也可接受捐款，标识语言学国际研究会授予捐款人终身名誉会长的荣誉。
        3，挂靠在一所大学，根据不同的大学的情况确定挂靠具体方式，挂靠议定书协商确定。挂靠成立了标识语言学研究会之后，以上的两种方式仍然有效，仍然可以创建标识语言学国际研究会，可以设立在任何国家。
